Rescued a troubled offshore project and built an IT function from scratch to launch a successful start-up company.

Director of a Project Management Office with responsibility for 40 projects, generating millions of dollars in new revenue.

Led a 30-person global team through a $5M business process reengineering program, culminating in the delivery of a Supply Chain Web portal, netting millions of dollars in annual cost savings.

Responsible for a 20-person team that built inbound and outbound computer-telephony, knowledge management, and customer relationship management systems for a new call center, resulting in millions of dollars in productivity gains.
